British authorities have foiled a plan to carry out a suicide attack targeting British Prime Minister Teresa Mae, based in London’s Downing Street, the Independent newspaper reported on Wednesday.

According to the newspaper, one of the supporters of the state organization, Na’eem Rahman Zakaria, 20, had intended to cut off the head of the government with a knife if he could reach it.

“Zakaria ” plans to detonate an explosive device at the entrance to the Prime Minister’s headquarters, and then neutralize the guards by using pepper spray spray and infiltration into the building, according to the same source.

The young man was arrested in November last November, after an internal intelligence agent, “5 mi”, impersonated an element of state organization and delivered a fake IED, the newspaper said.
